By accessing or using Catch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use Catch only for lawful purposes. You may not use Catch endpoints to:

• Conduct phishing, fraud, credential harvesting, or deceptive schemes.
• Collect sensitive financial data (such as raw credit card numbers or banking passwords).
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited bulk communications.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the stability of our serverless infrastructure.

3. Account Ownership & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your email address and authentication credentials. Any activity originating from your form endpoints is your responsibility.

4. Service Availability & Rate Limits

We endeavor to maintain high availability. However, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We enforce submission quotas and rate limits to prevent denial-of-service abuse.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or engage in abusive behavior immediately and without prior notice.
