1. Information We Collect

Catch collects only the information necessary to provide form backend and notification services:

• Account Data: Email address provided during sign-in to dispatch verification OTPs and account notifications.
• Form Submissions: Key-value data submitted by visitors to your form endpoints, along with request metadata (IP address, country, user agent, and referrer) to assist with spam filtering.

2. How We Use Information

Form submission data is processed strictly for:

• Forwarding submissions to the form owner's designated email addresses via direct SMTP.
• Dispatching webhooks to your configured destination endpoints.
• Filtering automated bot spam via honeypot and origin validation.
• Displaying submissions inside your authenticated developer dashboard.

3. Zero Third-Party Advertising or Selling

We never sell, rent, monetize, or share your form submissions or user data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You maintain complete control over your data. You can delete individual submissions or entire form endpoints at any time directly from the dashboard, which permanently deletes them from our database.

5. Security

All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS. Authentication uses short-lived, cryptographically secure OTP tokens without storing passwords.
